All renovation projects require a signed service agreement detailing scope, timeline, costs, and specifications before work commences. Changes to project scope must be documented in written change orders. Verbal agreements or modifications are not considered binding under any circumstances whatsoever.
All quoted prices are valid for thirty days from the date of issuance. Payment schedules are outlined in individual service agreements and typically include milestone-based installments. Late payments may incur additional fees and could result in temporary suspension of ongoing renovation work.
While we strive to complete projects within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit requirements, or unforeseen structural issues. We will communicate any schedule changes promptly and work diligently to minimize impacts on your plans.
Complete Home Vision provides a five-year workmanship warranty on all completed projects. Material warranties are provided by respective manufacturers. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the coverage period. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications voids applicable warranty coverage.
Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Cancellations made within seventy-two hours of signing incur no charges. After work has commenced, cancellation fees apply based on completed work percentage, materials purchased, and any restocking or subcontractor fees already committed to the project.
Complete Home Vision maintains comprehensive general liability and workers compensation insurance. Our total liability shall not exceed the project contract value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, design preferences, or pre-existing structural conditions discovered.
All design concepts, plans, specifications, and creative materials produced by Complete Home Vision remain our intellectual property until full project payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our proprietary designs and branding materials is strictly prohibited and may result in action.
Any disputes arising from our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between parties. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable state laws. Both parties agree to arbitration as the sole dispute resolution mechanism available.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of New York County, and both parties consent to such exclusive jurisdiction.
